Power Chapter
Power Chapter is a nonprofit organization that serves as an accreditation and benefits distribution body for Chambers of Commerce. It is structured similarly to the Better Business Bureau — an independent institution whose value is entirely in its standards, its credibility, and its longevity.
Power Chapter maintains a Book of Business Building Benefits — a curated catalog of business-building services provided by for-profit companies that have contractually granted Power Chapter white-label access to offer their services at zero cost through Acknowledged Chambers to Chamber members.
Power Chapter is a nonprofit. It generates zero revenue. Its operators receive no income from it. It collects no member data. The only information Power Chapter holds is the names and public information of Acknowledged Chambers, displayed on this website.
Operating costs are zero because service providers have contractually agreed to provide white-label access at no cost to Power Chapter, to Acknowledged Chambers, or to members. The organization is stewarded, not monetized.
Power Chapter grants Acknowledgement to Chambers of Commerce based on demonstrated standing within their business communities. Acknowledgement is not based on size, revenue, or member count. It is based on reputation.
The five proxies for standing are length of operation, member retention, community visibility, peer recognition, and leadership stability. A 150-member Chamber that has been run with integrity for 30 years is a stronger candidate for Acknowledgement than a 3,000-member Chamber that formed two years ago and is chasing growth.

The Book is a curated catalog of business-building services. Every benefit in the Book meets a Gold Standard of longevity and reliability. Every benefit is genuinely free — no fees, no trials, no upsells, no data trade-offs, no expiration. Providers who cannot meet this standard do not enter the Book.
Current benefits in the Book include Zenhur (All Capital Access Dashboard, $2,000 annual value per member) and the Jacht App ($99.99/month per user). Acknowledged Chambers may offer these benefits to their members at no cost, white-labeled under the Chamber's own brand.

Chambers that have been granted Power Chapter Acknowledgement are listed in the directory on this website, referred to by their own entity name. Power Chapter does not rename, rebrand, or relabel Acknowledged Chambers. The term "Power Chapters" appears in this site's navigation and in the Acknowledgement application, but in all body text and external-facing materials, Acknowledged Chambers are referred to by their own name.
